From the medical protocol design by psychologists and field experts, and from the business requirement from founders, NovaCodex translated high level medical concept into technical architecture, a roadmap for the company, and helped building a fund raising plan to develop the technology.

Performance - Logica / SNCF

Logica is developing the software platform for on-board inspectors of SNCF. 1000’s of PDA are synchronizing tickets with the main database. During ramp-up, SNCF experienced serious performances issues on production platform. NovaCodex was tasked with troubleshooting the issues and propose solutions within 2 days. Based on our recommendations, short-term issues were solved and a targeted in-depth refactoring was initiated.

Leetchi.com, a French emerging start-up, offers a service to create a pool of money to offer a common gift. While raising money to develop the company, the investors and the CEO needed certitudes about the quality of the software developed so far and the potential scalability of the platform. NovaCodex assessed the platform, the architecture and the code base, identifying key issues and proposing simple actions to enhanced security and reliability of Leetchi.
